Alen Jewelry stands behind its products. In the event you
receive any product from us which is broken or otherwise non-functioning upon
arrival, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) and we will
arrange for repair or replacement.
No returns will be accepted without prior RETURN AUTHORIZATION from the sales
team.

| 5. Payment Options: |

We are pleased to accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
and Discover for all purchases. Shipping address and billing address must be
the same or telephone verification may be necessary and a credit card
authorization form must be in our records. We use UPS for all of our shipping
needs. We can ship the merchandise COD Money order/Cashiers Check or COD
company check upon prior approval from our credit department.

provided merchandise is in stock and there are no other complications with your

must have a Resale Certificate on file to consider you a reseller and to ship
